List of Zero or Very Low Carb Foods?

Is there somewhere on the boards that lists zero carb or very low carb foods that can be printed out? I was asked about this from a friend who I converted to LC. I don't do zc/vlc so I'm at a loss to help her.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You can go to the VLC/ZC thread on the "Other Plans" board and see what people are eating, but for anyone who does low carb, just think of induction without the 20g.

Most people who do VLC eat meat, fish, eggs, along with fat. Some will add a small salad, others don't. Once you determine how many carbs you're aiming for, can eat anything, if it 'fits' into your carb total. That's what limits your choices.

Yes,...these folks are right about keeping it in the "induction" range. I have to eat that way all the time, myself. That's because I'm a "shrimp" (barely 5ft.....small boned,..etc. etc.) I seem to be able to gain weight on air LOL!!!
...Honestly,...over several years on VLC I have put on 3 lbs just recently (and I have NO clue as to why). But it's back to just meat,...meat,...meat,...meat,...eggs,...eggs,...eg gs...chicken,...chicken,..chicken,...fish,..fish,. .fish,..(hello tuna!). Love what Duke's Mayo and mustard can do to all that. I was "splurging" on some of those fabulous chicken salads from Wendy's recently, which may have been the culprit (can't handle too many veggies,...). Oh! And cheese. Cheddar cheese is my downfall. <sigh> have to cut back on my "food-of-the-gods".
