Cici's Low Carb bowl
![]() Yep its true... we went to Cici's tonight with the family for dinner. After I was peeling the topping off of 2 pieces, the manager came over and asked if I would like an Atkins bowl They let me pick and choose what toppings I wanted, then put some no sugar added sauce and grated fresh mozzerella on top! So I ate some and they let me bring the rest home. Did you even know they did this? ![]() |

I did this the first time I was eating low carb! It was a great treat. I'm not sure/convinced about the no sugar sauce, though. I'd have to see the original container.

My first parish was right around the corner from the original Cici's. I have loved the place from the start, especially spinich alfredo and BBQ chicken. Do all of the Cici's do the Atkins bowl?

I've never been to CiCis but there is one right by my work. I'm still not quite sure what a LC Bowl is or what the ingredients are but I'll definitely check their site to see if it is something I might want to try.

something there

I love that they do that. We enjoyed the pizza bowl when we went there last year and Jann tipped me off. It was scrumptious! Make sure they don't fill the bowl with ranch dressing. Make sure they give you just cheese, toppings and if you'd like, a small amount of sauce (The bowl is bigger than it looks):

I wondered that, too, but that was what they wanted to do. Maybe it's cheaper than cheesy goodness? I told them I only wanted pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers and cheese. I didn't even let them touch mah bowl with their sauces.

That's so weird! Yeah, it probably is a lot cheaper than cheese. Yeesh, I know people like ranch dressing on pizza but for some reason the idea of Hot Bowl of Dressing makes me cry.

That reminds me of Patton Oswalt's standup rant about the KFC famous bowls.

That looks good! I can almost smell it.
![]() I couldn't find it on their site. I might have to make the supreme sacrifice and stop in one day to check it out before going home after work... ![]() |

I just made one!! It's sooo good! I used low carb sauce, turkey pepperoni, onion, bell pepper and black olives, topped with cheese and threw it in the broiler for a few minutes. It's divine!!!

Yes, my Cici's does that here in the DFW area. And they are the ones who called it an "Atkins Bowl." I just asked for a crustless pizza, lol!
