bkfst:black coffee. just was't hungry...sorry. lunch:between 2 slices of low carb toast: 1.5 oz of smoked wild salmon, 1 T cream cheese, 1 slice muenster cheese, 1 slice tomato, part of 1 slice onion. It's gonna be GOOD!!! Dinner:would like to have sliced roast pork(if i am not too lazy to walk there and back)they do not deliver to my neck of the woods)otherwise, something from the local diner.
