Turkey sausage? I'd be totally suspicious of that. It sounds... low fat.

Incidentally, I've found it helps to just order burgers with no ketchup. If you tell them "no bun," they think that also means you don't want veggies on top, you want your meat on the side, and other random weirdness. They have no idea how to make a burger without a bun. Just say the usual thing they've come to expect and then remove the bun yourself.

I will explain so I get what I want right. I will say no bread because the bread sticks to the cheese. I do say I do not want bread but all the toppings

Some people think of potatoes as veggies not carbs. There are so many people I want to say "DUH" to!

My sister-in-law works there as the grill cook. They are very clear telling them to cook it exactly as the customer has requested, you can special order anything, for that I give them a high 5.

I've gone to Cracker Barrell many times. You have to be very clear you are ordering off the low carb menu. I point to it and say "low carb". If you aren't clear, they just bring you the regular version of that meal. I've learned that the hard way.

Unless I move or they open some locations in Northern California, I'll never get to go to one.

Remember that great Jack-in-the-Box commercial where they were having a focus group discuss their Ultimate Cheeseburger? The group loved the meat, loved the cheese, but was just puzzled by the bun. One of my favorites.
