Lemon Water

Does anyone drink lemon sqeezed in water while on LC? Has it affected your weightloss? I don't drink diet soda, and I don't like plain water, but I like lemon in water. Thanks in advance for any input! Rhon.

Yes, I put lemon in my water too because I am not a fan of plain water. It never affected my weightloss.

I keep bottles of lemon juice at work and at home. It is my "go to" drink. I like mine fairly strong.

I put lemon (either fresh squeezed or the bottled stuff) in my water all the time. As a bonus, it acts as a diuretic which is nice when I've endulged in too many salty foods

I put lemon and/or cucumber and/or mint in my water. I count the juice in my carb counts. (Juice of one lemon is approx 4g.) No problems.

I've never had any stalls using lemon water. Supposedly, lemon water is the better than just plain ol' water. Acts as a diuretic and cleans your liver and kidneys.

My mother used to drink lemon and water in the morning and it cleaned her out, she did it almost daily and she felt so much better.

I put lemon in water when I remember to, and really like it.

I'm a total soda fiend, so in the times I've tried to quit soda, I've put lemon and a few drops of liquid stevia in seltzer to get that soda feeling, and it's really good!

I can't afford the carbs. I tend to replace lemon juice with a tiny bit of lemon essential oil (just touch a toothpick into the liquid and drop it in your glass, a whole drop is way too much!) and a bit of citric acid powder (which is the tart component of lemon juice and is extracted out.)
