what are we eating today?

i am so looking forward to breakfast (which begins in about 20 minutes): between 2 slices of toasted low carb bread will appear the following:1 & 1/2 oz of nova scotia lox(3 oz package, and yes- i checked the label and ingredients-no hidden carbs), 1 slice of jarlsberg cheese, a 3/4 oz portion of Philadelphia cream cheese, and some salad fixins, onion, tomato, lettuce, and an olive or 2 (i did not check the contents of the salad which came with last evenings blue fish filet). This will all be washed down with an iced coffee and a mult-vitamin pill. I am so going to enjoy that!!!. Lunch and dinner are still unknowns(possibly pork chops for the latter, and tuna for the former). Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I was right with you, ff, until you mentioned the olives . Slime food of the devil! Other than that, it sounds delicious !

Breakfast: A raspberry protein shake (pretty darn good!)

Lunch: Bacon and Egg

Dinner: Something (I don't know what yet) with haddock and shrimp.

i am able to stretch the lox into 3 sandwiches...

i am covered thru Wed(1 oz per sandwich). Regrettably, there were no olives (a gift of the the goddess Athena btw)in this salad.Quel damage!!! I am eating it as slowly as possible. Also, this is wild salmon lox, not farm raised. I did not understand what made it wild, until I heard some of the things it was saying about the tilapia. Hoo Hoo, that's really w i l d!!! FF

Hi FF, This is kind of off topic, but... I liked your reference to Nova Scotia Lox, as I am from and currently live in Nova Scotia and we certainly know our seafood. The county that I live in on the southern most tip of the province is known as " The Lobster Capital of Canada."
