so to add my 7 to jvlk's 26 makes 16,576 + 33 = 16,609

I've lost another 12.2, my current weight it 235.8 (reference so I don't have to scroll back through 4 pages and add up my losses from my original post to now next time I post

This thread is amazing!

My top weight is 215ish and automatically lost 26lbs after stopping fertility drugs (aka an exuberant amount of weight-gaining hormones). Started Atkins weighing 189, now down to 125... I use this in my stats since it was done with lcing, so my calculation is 64lb to your total.

17090.6 + 64 = 17154.6
