The way I see it is if you haven't EVER signed in on this thread then you put how much you've lost all together and if you HAVE before put in how much you've lost since you last posted. HTH

Yes, it's how much you have lost using a LC diet of some sort. Some people are coming back and adding in as they lose more, but most of it was by people posting their complete total of all pounds lost.

Just before Atkins was 215. Started Atkins at 211. Yippidy-do-dah! Down to 200 3/4 lbs.

Been tough though. Hit menopause. MD Doctor wanting to lower my thyroid although TSH 0.1 some days and 0.7 others. MY endo always kept me low end of normal or tad below normal. Hair loss, had to go on HRT.Feel weak on the lower sugar. Doctor's meter showed 137 today. My meter shows 108. I tested it and it shows ok. Had lots of infections lately like I'm really diabetic. Confused. But hey! Lost weight!!!!!! doing 70% fat, 25% protein, 5% carbs. Doing 30 grams carbs.

My HRT problems have let up. Don't know how much I lost as I don't have any scales. Lost 3 inches in waist since mid sept. Went from size 20 jeans to 18's and 16's. Waist keeps measuring steady and not dropping again so must have lost some hip weight to be in the jeans.
