skipping again!!!

i wasn't really hungry at breakfast or lunch, so I didn't have any. Perhaps, i am still metabolizing yesterday's food. I have for dinner 1/2 chicken with some greenbeans i got at Sbarros yesterday-the really well done piece, which i prefer. i might doctor it up with my low carb marinara sauce (victoria)and a slice or 2 of melted mozzarella. But, maybe i'll just eat it as is. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Changed my mind about dinner. I'm going to have lower sodium deli turkey and lower sodium deli roast beef rolled up with mayo. I may hard boil some eggs too

nopales = cactus

protein cream bites = the recipe for cream cheese muffins but with added protein (cottage cheese, sour cream, protein powder, egg) then baked in a mini muffin pan. They sink after cooling/refrigerating and are bite size
