No bake? Do you have gelatin? That may work.

These you have to bake though......but its only 20min

Mini Cheesecakes:
------------------
2 8oz. pks. philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup sweetener (I use spenda)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Soften cream cheese about 40 seconds in microwave. Add other ingredients. Beat with mixer till smooth. Pour into 12 muffin pans lined with the papers. Bake at 350 for 20 min.

These are good if in a bind for ingredients!

IT'S-A-SNAP CHEESECAKE
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water *
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda *
1 teaspoon vanilla

Put the water in a small microwave-safe bowl; sprinkle the gelatin over the surface and let stand 5 minutes to soften. Microwave on HIGH about 1 minute or just until the water comes to a boil. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved; set aside.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla until creamy. Gradually beat in the gelatin. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Chill 3-4 hours or until set.

Makes 8 servings

* To save carbs, you could omit the granular Splenda and substitute 1/2 cup Da Vinci sugar free vanilla syrup for half of the cold water.

With granular Splenda:
