Bubble Tea

Hello! I'm trying to find the carb count of Bubble tea. I tried at a vender in the mall. It was so good! It was a small cup (smaller than Starbucks small), and I only drank half because it was very sweet.

"bubbles" - Tapioca balls

The lady said there was no added sugar other than honey - which I consider is a natural sugar. She also said it was regular creamer used.

Can anyone help me out? I havn't had hardly any carbs today so I indulged. Next time I plan on asking for little or no honey.

Hi crystal…

Bubble tea is fun - we make a kid's version with a big blob of Chia gel in Crystal Lite and hand em a straw...I tell them it's frog eggs or frog eyes.

If you make a thick gel (6:1 ratio or thicker) it makes nice little treats to the mouth like a mini-version of the bubbles in bubble tea - with virtually no carbs.

You are fine. A small is probably 12 oz or less...

Holy cow thats a big carb count I was hoping it would be a bit lower because I love those things. I could never just drink half either.

WOW! What a neat idea!!!! I'm a crazy tea-a-holic lol! So I would use maybe a spicy chai tea instead of the crystal Lite. The drink was so sweet that I couldn't drink the rest if I tried lol!! It definitly would make a fun kids' drink =D
