Has anyone done the GM diet?

I have a friend who's doing it. I just read about it. I have no plans of ever doing it but has anyone here tried it? Did you lose weight? Did you keep it off?

Just perused it. It looks like a joke you'd play on someone you didn't like.

In fact I have someone in mind.... heh heh heh....

I don't even have to go to snopes to be sure this is NOT endorsed by GM and is a really blatant fraud.

^ ^ that.

Sounds like one a co-worker did.
Supposedly it was a pre-surgery diet from a renowned health facility (clinic)
in Minnesota. Not.

Oh sure. Back in the 90's. In my office it was all the rage. We had a giant pot of cabbage soup on the stove all day long. I don't recall anyone losing much weight including me (but I wasn't overweight then either). We were all looking forward to the banana day, back then.

You beat me to it.. I remember it was published back when she lost most of her weight...

I did it for a while of course because I LOVE Dolly!

Here is a thought? Whether it's fake or not, why would I want to do a diet coming from a FAILING COMPANY??

Get my drift here.......

This reminds me of the hot dog and vanilla ice cream diet from the 80's...anyone remember that? You ate a very limited number of foods--all I can remember are the hot dogs and ice cream. Everyone who tried it got terrible diarrhea--and yes, you did lose weight fast!
