They SO aren't the same, but you can cut a low carb tortilla into 1/8 pieces and bake or fry them.

I put the guac in my taco salads.

Meat, pork rinds, red, yellow or orange pepper strips. Or you could make your own LC chips depending on your CCLL, Cleochatra has a few recipes.

I eat it with slices of crunchy cucumber (w/skin)
Sometimes I'll have it with pork rinds

ETA: earlier this year I tried it with spicy beef jerky and it was good! Almost forgot about it.

Jimica, pepper chunks, cukes.

Chicken tenders seasoned with chili powder.

Shrimp.

We love it on spicy grilled steak with grilled onions and peppers and an extra squeeze of lime juice.

I eat it over shredded lettuce, with a fork!

That's how it used to be served in Mexican restaurants when I was growing up in Texas--as a guacamole salad, not as a dip!

They are so easy! I make them often now. And when I don't have any in the house, I wish I did.

Hamburger. Believe it or not, guacamole is fantastic with sprinkles of blue cheese. I just spread the whole concoction on top of the burger.

I have lately fallen in love with sliced daikon radishes as "chips." I know this sort of vegetable can vary all over the place, but the ones I got are so mild they don't have ANY radish taste at all.
