Yes, it certainly helps reassure me each time I read it. It's just words of wisdom that I think everyone can benefit from. Another great one to read is The great myth of LC eating recently posted by Blue Skies. I have it on my fridge for daily motivation and reminders of wisdom.

I love the idea of the chart. Most times we get caught up trying to replicate other s success. My mindset has been progress over perfection. Like you said "trust the process".
