Does ****** calculate Net Carbs or Total Carbs?

Total but they also have total fiber listed for your day so it's easy to figure net.

when you see a value for "carbohydrates" on a nutrition label (or in a program like ******) it includes both the carbs we digest and worry about on a low carb WOE and fiber, which is technically carbohydrate but we don't digest it like the carbs we are concerned about.

so most people subtract fiber from total carbs to get net carbs and count that. some people insist on counting total carbs, but I'm gonna keep arguing with them... LOL

Now some people ALSO subtract out sugar alcohols, which is more controversial. Some can be subtracted out, some can't, for most people.

Ya.. it's a good site too. I actualy would have switched but I have so many custom foods now in ****** that it's too much work!

For now, I'm going to continue counting total carbs. I can so see myself using the "net carb" thing as an excuse to overeat.
