How many chicken wings are too many?

I made 12 chicken wings, the whole wing, and I ate 6 for late breakfast and I am going to eat rest for dinner later.

Is it too many??

I am very hungry today for some reason!

They are just fried in oil and I put fresh garlic on them! YUMMM by the way!!

Other than the 12 wings, I will add some fried string beans, and that's all I will eat for the day.

I would say that you should eat no more than 35 in one setting.

Really,eat until you are full.

I dont limit them either! When I go out to eat and order naked wings I order 20 and eat all of them. I always make sure to drink a lot of water that day though.

If I'm eating something with them like a vegetable, I'm usually full after eating 6 or so. I'm talking about 6 good size wings though. If I'm only eating wings then I can easily eat 10-12. Doesn't sound like you are eating too many.

if zero carb...

i stop when i am full, not before. if there is some carb, then i must exert discipline. it would depend on how many grams i left for the day. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Nicole,

I just ate 6 of them, and really, I'm so stuffed!!

I don't think I could eat more than 6!!

I'd be up for a challenge if I could have ice cold miller lite's to go with the wings!!

I don't care for Mich Ultra's..

There is a new beer they have, MG 64..Miller makes it, but there is only one place that has it...It's really good and only 2.4 carbs!!!

Yes and they are awesome. I like Wing Stop first, and KFC comes in second for eating wings out.

When bf and I order from wingstop, we get a 50 pack, 3 diff flavors (garlic parm, original hot, and lemon pepper) and I eat probably 15-20 of them myself and this is my go to meal for dropping pounds. Everytime I eat them I get a loss the next day.

I don't limit wings.

I love chicken wings!! Only problem is that the kind that I eat are approx. 1 carb per wing because of sauce. So I do limit (to the best of my ability....lol!!)

Any idea of the carb counts on those? KFC and/or Wing stop? (If there is any on the sauce, etc.)

I usually try to limit myself on the Ranch or Blue Cheese if there are carbs in those)

When I make them I make a huge batch and eat what I want for dinner and then we have leftovers (if there are any!) for lunch. IMO they are even better the next day.

My hunger is different every day. Some times 4 will fill me up and I have eating 15 in one sitting before. I LOVE hot wings.

If you are truly being careful and eating to your hunger don't worry.

KFC's site says 0 carbs.

Wingstop-Garlic parm-1 wing-1 carb
Original hot-2 wings-7g carbs
Lemon Pepper-10 wings-0 carbs

That said, I eat them with no problems, in fact the opposite, and I never eat just 2 original hot wings. YMMV.

Too many for me is if I haven't eaten past the point of satiety. I usually have a dozen on one sitting, sometimes less, sometimes more.
