I am training for a 10 mile run May 2nd in Philly my first race ever so i have to do a 8 mile run this morning. At least the weather is perfect.

I will be moving furniture out of my sons' room and laying linoleum for their chosen new flooring. (They are 12 and 13 and wanted a black and white checkered floor. )

Anyway, does that count? Yesterday we all shoveled 3.5 tons of pea gravel into our new deck area. I was pooped out last night!

Good day for working out...ran 5 miles on the boardwalk this morning, rode my bike to church (and then the grocery store!), worked in the yard for a couple of hours.

Wow, you all did great workouts...almost didn't want to come on here and say that I did about 40 minutes of different stuff on the Nintendo Wii Fit Plus...but usually Sundays are just working around the house and running a couple errands so that's not bad I guess!
