Have you checked out LindaSue's site for recipe ideas?

Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Recipes

Also, ground beef is a great staple for me. I mix it with just about any veggie and mixed with scrambled eggs, it tastes great too.

Steak and a veggie. Tuna salad. Egg salad. There are so many great things you can have with this WOL.

I do the same thing with ground beef! I'm glad I am not the only one to use ground beef in this way.
I do the same with any other ground meats.

If I start making all those delicious cheesy concoctions I think I would overindulge. Still. Portion control is VERY important to my WOE. I kept/keep things very basic. Boring food maybe but it is nice to eat full fat type stuff like mayo, real butter, full fat salad dressing and not feel guilty about it. I guess the lack of "guilt" when eating those things on this WOE is enough for me. Love to make homemade alfredo though and have it over chicken/shrimp/vegetables. Stirfry minus the noodles or rice.

I have over 125 induction friendly recipes here (check along the right side) and just change around meals to keep things interesting. If I make cauliflower one day, I might take the excess and make cauli rice for a taco salad--or, better yet, turn the excess cauli into crispy taco bowls. They key is variety but without ODing. If you have an issue with overindulging, you might make and freeze smaller portions, heating only what you need.

Ah yes! You can't forget Miss Cleo's recipes. I've made quite a few, although her oopsie rolls still elude me, I just can't get them right. They taste good, just look a bit scarey and can't be used for anything because they fall apart (I assure you though - it's my own error, not hers as I've seen others rave about these things...lol)

Personally, I think it's best to eat pretty boring stuff not only for the two weeks of formal induction, but probably for a couple months. Then, when you have normalized on the low carb way of eating and gotten the habits and cravings controlled, you can branch out.

I might try a cooking video and spotlight those. Then I can share all my tips and tricks for perfect buns.
