Kudos to my Husband !!!

Today I urged him to get on the scale. It's been over three weeks he said (how DO you guys do that!) and so I encouraged him to get on it this morning.

He weighed in at 198! I told him we call that Onederland and he thought that was great

He has lost 19 pounds in 2 months (compared to my 8

).
I am just so proud of him. I am so thankful he is following this WOE with me.

Cute!! Congrats to him, and you!! It's great you're doing it together!! That way, your celebration at "goal" can really be shared!!

Congrat to both of you!!! Bet he loves being in Onederland! Wife and I are also doing this WOE together and have lost about 160lbs as a team.

Yay!!!!!! Daisy you must be So, So proud!! (Don't be jealous as a general rule...men lose faster than women, those commercials are true as far as that goes)
