Did 30 minutes of aminoed caffeined fasted cardio on the elliptical this morning then did heavy heavy chest this afternoon!

Went to the gym with DS this morning for upper body work and then later in the morning was my PT session....
Got the ok to walk on the treadmill at the gym as long as I don't go too fast yet! Yay! Another step in my recovery! |
