  • Finished the rest of the Crunch DVD for cardio and core stengthening!

Did 30 minutes of aminoed caffeined fasted cardio on the elliptical this morning then did heavy heavy chest this afternoon!

1 hour spinning class! 22 miles at high resistance
20 minutes treadmill intervals- 2 miles flat at the end.

fifth day on induction and my energy levels are great!

Went to the gym with DS this morning for upper body work and then later in the morning was my PT session....

Got the ok to walk on the treadmill at the gym as long as I don't go too fast yet! Yay! Another step in my recovery!
