Anyone ever hear of the Apex Diet?
There is a woman in our group following the Apex Plan and all I really know about it is that it is portion controlled and there are no pills.
This woman seems to lose about 3-4 pounds a week. I'm just really really curious what she is eating. |

Just came upon your post here on page 2 so I'm bumping for you in the hope someone knows something about it .. a regular 3-4 lbs a week is well, not anything I've experienced, lol! Could it be a medifast type thing?

Weight loss that fast makes me nervous. I know, just makes me think 'Kimkins' and that is so NOT healthy. I hope whatever it is its a healthy way to eat. I may have to google that

Apex brand is used in my gym. They tend to use a "block" program similar to the Zone in conjunction with their products. Don't know if that is what she is doing or not but thought I would chime in.

I googled it, and it says to put in your current weight and your target weight and it will make a diet/exercise progam for you. Also says they have the 'bodybug' but I have no idea what that is. Seems like exercise and pills, probably not for me lol lol
