I didn't bring my food, I've ate a small portion of chicken/cabbage soup I had left in the fridge from yesterday, that's it so far. I want some yogurt. I might say screw it and go home and get my yogurt. (Okios organic w/hwc added for fat cuz I can't freaking find fage anywhere)

I ate a leftover steak for brunch! With a few spoonfuls of refried black beans.

For dinner I made pork/bacon and cabbage and stir-fried "asian style" green veggies with egg and a little leftover rotisserie chicken. I served sweet potato on the side but I don't know if I need the carbs there since I ate black beans earlier. Maybe I'll make a cream cheese muffin and top it with a spoonful of sweet potato.
