Diet software, your thoughts
I'm actually working on a work project that is a similar tool. If you'd like to share your thoughts on what you've liked/disliked in various tools, I'd love to hear.

I like Fitday.
What I like about it, when I use it: How it remembers the portions I used - like a 4 ounce meat patty, for instance. If I put in that meat, it remembers it. It also has a favorites list - what I eat regularly. What I dislike: I wish veggies were higher on the pull-down menu. When I add a new veggie I have to go WAY down the list. I wish it had more detail on the sodas, they just have a few choices for the diets, and it's a hassle to find them. It would also be nice if they had popular fast-foods, bunless. Like "McDonald's Double Cheeseburger, no bun". |

I use nutridiary.com and find it quite user friendly. The calories for elliptical machine exercise are different to what my machine says though
