name your top three "favorite"..."i can have that" food!

ok, I'm really curious - what are your top three favorite "I can have that" foods on low-carb that you could NEVER (ok, well rarely) have on low-fat diets...

1. Mine would be nuts - I LOVE nuts and would stay pretty far away from them because - obviously they're high in fat, when I was brainewashed into believing low-fat...

2. Avocado - I used to try and figure out what 1/8th of a slice of avocado was. WTH was wrong with me?! lol

3. OIL! - I love the fact that I no longer have to try and figure out how to cook something in 1 freakin' teaspoon of oil! I COVER the bottom of my pans with it now!

Boy, I could never choose only three, but I guess some top contenders for top three would be cream cheese, heavy cream, and sliced salami & cheese.
