What do you dip your pork rinds in?

I love dipping pork rinds in salsa and cream cheese warmed in the microwave.

I make a dip

Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar
Chopped Green Chiles
Spicy Taco Seasoning
Ranch Packet

I do want to try the butter/cinnamon/splenda thing this week, though. Sometimes I just dip them in buffalo wing sauce.

So far, I eat them with salmon cream cheese and some chive sprinkled in there...Also use them as nachos and pile on the ground beef, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and put a dollop of green salsa and sour cream on the side.

I'm really dying to try popcorn seasoning on them, but have yet been able to find them at the store.

S, have you tried Julio's seasoning on them? I don't know if it's available just everywhere or just around here. May have sugar in it though.

No, is Julio's good? I've seen their stuff at HEB, but never tried anything. I'll have to check them out tomorrow.

Do you have the carb and caloric count so I can add it to my ******?

Jacob is carb free.

To the OP, I dip them in anything I would have dipped a chip in. I don't eat them all that often though...I swell like pig and not the kind I'd like to eat.

I second the Costco artichoke/jalapeno dip. That stuff is killer good.

I also like to put on a schmear of cream cheese, then a smoked oyster or clam and crunch it on down.

Onion dip is good too, I make mine with a carton of sour cream, a teaspoon of beef stock paste, onion powder to taste and some diced up green onion, and a drizzle of Worcestershire sauce.

I like to dip them in sour cream mixed with salsa.

Also hot cheese dip...warm some cream to steaming (don't boil) then stir in cheese a handful at a time.

ETA: I have made this cheese dip with added Rotel or salsa and that's great, too.

If I ever see this it will be my pork rind dip! Oh it sounds so good!

I rarely eat them but when I do, I get the barbeque kind and dip it in whipped cream cheese. Yeah there's a couple carbs in the barbeque but I can't stomach the plain ones.

Kroger makes a "southwestern" dip that isn't too shabby either. I haven't tried it with pork rinds yet but I imagine it would be good too.
