It's Wednesday, who's working out today?

Hello all!

I feel like the walking wounded this winter. I managed to tweak my Achilles by taking a bad step on some stairs. I tried to run this morning and ouch....

So I did 40 minutes on my exercise bike instead. Hopefully this is a short-lived problem!

Not until around noon today which is great a we're having our 1st above freezing day in so, so long!!!!! It'll be a sloppy ride with the snow melting though and still very hazardous......
