VitaFusion Fiber Gummies

I really like these, and two of them and a glass of hot tea keep me full for a long time, but I am having a brain fa*t about how to account for the stats--I've run it thru the hidden carb calculator which tells me it actually has 2.5 carbs rather than 5--??

10 cals per serving
0 fat 0 protein 5 g carbohydrates, 5 g fiber and 1 SA

ingredients: polydextrose, xylitol, gelatin, natural flavour, malic acid, green tea extract, carrot and blueberry juice extract, sucralose, and fractionated coconut oil

Opinions? can something with 5 g carbs really have only 10 cals? Am I overthinking this?

it is strange, indeed. they look interesting though.

the SA is xylitol and the fiber is all soluble. I actually think you would be ok counting them as zero carbs, maybe one to be on the safe side.

but how they came up with 10 calories is mysterious!

but at 4 calories per gram of carbohydrate, shouldn't they be 20 cals?
