Carbs in Keurig coffee's?

Does anyone know of the carb counts in the various Keurig coffee's? I got a coffee maker for Xmas (best present ever I didn't even ask for), and I'm setting it up right now at my office, ready to make me some coffee, but want to make sure there are no hidden carbs I don't know about.

The flavors I have infront of me are:
Caribou blend
Green Mountain nantucket blend
Green mountain hot cocoa( yes I know not this)
Timothy's decaf colombian
Diedrich coffee french roast blend
Newmans own extra bold special blend
Timothys nicaraguan fair trade organic
Tully's kona blend
Gloria Jeans hazelnut
Bigelow earl grey tea

I would think not more than 1 carb for most of them and I would be afraid of the hazelnut
BUT this is just my opinion

From the Green Mountain website:

Coffee and Nutrition
Nutritionally speaking, brewed coffee is pretty much inert.

Coffee has virtually no calories or fats, no carbohydrates, no sodium, no cholesterol… if it were required to carry a nutritional product label, that label would consist mostly of a lot of zeros. (In fact, coffee is exempt from federal food label programs precisely because it has zero nutritive value.)

That said, coffee does offer a number of trace minerals (Thiamin, Niacin, Folate, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Manganese) and is a good source of Potassium, Pantothenic Acid and Riboflavin. A 6 ounce cup of brewed coffee may contain 2 to 4 milligrams of Sodium… most from the water used to brew the coffee and not the coffee, itself.

Flavored Coffee
Our flavored coffees are likewise free of calories and carbs. Our flavored coffees have no additional nutritional impact. We add no sugars or sweeteners of any kind. So while our flavors may taste indulgent, they're absolutely guilt-free. (Note: Our Fair Trade Rain Forest NutŪ no longer features slices of Brazil nuts.)

Good for you! I'm jealous! I've been wanting to get myself one of those brewers for my own Christmas present but didn't...

Let me know if you like it.

I don't think there is many carbs but maybe check out their website. I always get flavored coffees from the coffee shop with no problems with ketosis.

I've found a little information, basically what CGSF found. I was just trying to make sure the flavored coffees didn't have any added sugars or anything.

I got one for Christmas too....and love it

The keurig website has nutritional information for the coffees and when you purchase the refills....they are all listed on the back of the box.

Enjoy your present. I am....WONDERFUL!

Thanks! Just had my first cup, tried the Deidrich french roast. Very robust! I want another cup of a different flavor. I have an addiction.

Edited to add: I'm on their web site but I can't find the carb counts

Sounds like you got the same Keurig I did for Christmas. My sister got me one from QVC and it came with a sampler pack but no nutritional info on the box. I think the coffee's have very little if any carbs they are some carbs in the hot cocoa. I tried the hot cocoa but didn't like it thank goodness since it has carbs.

I'm pretty sure mine came from qvc also. My brother is a qvc junkie Lol. Well, I'll just try them and enjoy then!

Newmans own extra bold special blend
Timothys nicaraguan fair trade organic-tried this one this morning. It's good, but acidic, a little more acidic than I like in coffee. Probably wouldn't buy it again.
Tully's kona blend
Gloria Jeans hazelnut
Bigelow earl grey tea
(adding my reviews for my own personal records Lol)
