I'm 5'4 with an extra small frame. The most I ever weighed before pregnancy was 95 lbs. I gained 75 lbs. during my pregnancy, so I passed my ideal weight in 5 minutes flat with a pouchy tummy. I really have no idea. I'm aiming for 120, and then I shall see. I don't want to be blow me over with a breeze skinny again. I want to be just right - I just don't know what just right looks like yet. I figure I'll know when I get there.

I am 5' even and very small boned. Currently I am 128-130 and feel good in clothes, but think I need to loose at least another 10 lbs to feel really good in a bathing suit or naked.

Between 5"9 and 5"10, large frame, and can wear a 12 at 200 pounds and look like I weigh 150. Ideally, the perfect weight for me would be 175ish.

Hi folks...
Wow, I think ''ideal weight'' is a young person's sport.

At age 61, and healthy yet oversized...for me it's a matter of just eating low carb till my size becomes what it wants to.

I'm not going to set an arbitrary number and then try to hit it - because I might pick too high or too low, and I refuse to become the slave to a scale or start counting calories, or limiting other aspects of the way I eat.

I started this because eating low carb is the only way I can eat till I'm not hungry and never gain weight. So I really don't care about an ideal size - I'm not into theater, or modelling, or swimming - so there is no pressure being put on me by peers or self to look a certain size or shape.

Everything I have experienced in the past 17 months is so positive, I am inclined to just keep at it the way I've been going and let the ultimate size/shape thing take of itself.

If I were younger (30 years younger) I might feel differently...

I am 5'6 and looked really thin at 140 but was a size 10. I do not have a set number in mind because I do not know my starting weight as I am not weighing myself but going how my clothes feel. I would be happy in a size 12, thrilled in a size 10. I am beginning at a size 14 which is the biggest I have ever been other than when I was pregnant.

I'm just 5' and I look best at around 101-103. Being older though I might have to revise that. A little fat in your face is a good thing now. I just need to transport it from my behind without an expensive middleman.

I am so glad you asked because this has been on my mind too. We are both shooting for 125, I see.

Yesterday I was shooting for 120 but decided to up the number.

I am 5-8.

Not what a chart says you should be but what you feel you best at or have picked as your target ideal weight
For me, charts are NOTORIOUSLY wrong. I have such a small frame, that chart weights would make me appear overweight.

So for me, my ideal weight is about 100 pounds, give or take a few.

A winded, non conclusive answer at best...

6'-0" tall with a size 43 jacket size, I'm broad chested, waist wise has been between 31-32", hence currently at the 150's pretty scrawny and emaciated can be descriptive. I was in the mid 160's for years in my 20's 4 decades ago and was really quite strong on the bike at least. Frankly I never thought I'd reach anywhere near that range with VLCing, but have been hovering about 10 lbs. LESS for awhile now carefully monitoring well being and blood sugar levels.

So is the mid 150's ideal? I've decided to NOT going to commit to any specific number, range, etc., rather leave it up to what wt. allows me to remain healthy, spunky, and maintain safe BG levels.

My ideal at 5'7" is 130-133lbs. My upper arms are the last part of my body to lean out, and they look like mushy chicken drumsticks anywhere over 135.

I'm 5'6" and I'm not sure if I'd be considered medium frame - I know my arms are long cuz I have trouble getting long sleeve shirts to be long-enuf.. but no problems with jeans being long enuf, so go figure ... size 4 jeans, size 6 or mediums for fitted shirts

I'm sitting at (maintaining for a few months now) about 121. I'm very happy / feel great at where I am now - no plans to try to go lower... in fact I'm starting an exercise program 1st of the year and I will most likely gain a few lbs. water weight till I get used to the circuit trng/weights.

I'm 5'3" and I feel best when I'm at 140 lbs. It seems like it would be too much, but if you look at my wedding pics, you'll see it suits me just fine. The last time I was losing weight and even got into the upper 170's, people started to really say how good I looked. I carry my weight well, but not when I'm as heavy as I am now.

When I used to work out regularly and eat next to nothing, I got down to 130 and maintained it for about an hour. My body just won't go that low. I don't care if I'm ever less that 140, but it's been so many years since I was anywhere near that weight, it's like it was another lifetime. I couldn't even tell you what size I wore back then.

I think I just realized I am not as tall as I thought I was LOL. For whatever reason I always thought I was 5'4" BUT I think I am not that tall. Need to have my husband check when he gets home.

Based on that I am going to decide my new goal
