Day 7!!!

Well, I am wrapping up my first week of induction, and I feel amazing! Even after Christmas shopping all day, I am still pretty energized and very optimistic. I never thought that I could be so free from cravings. Seriously, I love food, soooo much. I love to eat!! So, to be mostly free of those urges to completely binge is a miracle to me. I still have not weighed myself, but I can report my blood sugar has been around the 120's all day. That in itself is enough for me! I think I am going to stay on induction through the end of the month, just so that I can keep my hunger and cravings in check during all the family gatherings scheduled over the next couple of weeks. Thanks everyone for your support!

120's is simply amazing for such a short time with your new "lifestyle" changes. It was just a few days ago when you posted your "introduction" with these forums having been recording levels in the 300's-400's.

You have come such a long way for the better. I can sense your newfound strength along with a realization of a brighter future ahead. Extending your "induction" period is a good idea especially through these difficult holiday times.

I only hope for the best to you, and family....you're doing wonderfully well, keep it up!!!
