It's Monday, who is working out today?

Hey gang,

I still cannot exercise, My knee has pain, especially going up the stairs. So, I'm trying to be smart and let everything heal up thoroughly. But it is killing me not to run!!

I hope everyone else has a great workout!!

hi Wiz- I so understand your pain and irritation
I did not run for two months as well - torn calf muscle.
Best let the knee heal. Frustrating.
I finally got to the gym after two months - walked for 40 mins - 4 km and 20 min weights.

So then I will probably get it Wednesday night or Thursday morning depending. For some reason I LOVE running/riding in the snow. It doesn't feel as cold as if it wasn't snowing.

True, because snow forms in a narrower range than temps in the teens/single digit/sub zero conditions and with the fun factor inherent, fresh snow tends to mitigate the cold.

What do you use for footwear? I like the LL Bean "snow sneakers," super light, with room for heat packs and toasty most of the time.
