Happy Saturday!
On induction. Had 3 small slices of ham (doesn't seem to be very salty). Lost 3 pounds since yesterday (probably some cause other than losing that much fat but it sure made me feel good). Just got my new Curves scales from Avon -- love 'em!

Breakfast was 2 slices thick-sliced bacon and 1 hard-poached egg. Not sure what the rest of the day will hold - nursing a sick child.

Not sure if I'll be having breakfast or lunch, but we've got an early turkey dinner planned! (I had to IF apart from turkey on Thanksgiving at my in-laws', so we're having some friends over to have turkey done the way my dad did it along with spinach frittata, mashed cauliflower and other low-carb goodies.)
