Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Black Forest chicken breast omelet.
Lunch - Assorted veggie crudite and Carnitas Casserole.
Dinner - Dijon pork chop w/onion in mustard cream gravy, cauli-rice, and asparagus.

Brekky: Two hamburger patties.

Lunch: Salad of lettuce, cucumber, red onion, celery and avocado with two chicken wings, 1oz double gloucester cheese and a little ranch dressing.

Dinner: Two boiled eggs, two slices of bacon and a few sauteed mushrooms.

Snack: One celery stick with 50g natural peanut butter.

Plus 2 to 3 litres of water.

L- 10 ozs boneless skinless chicken breast, w 1 cup stir fry peppers,1 Tbsp unsalted butter
D- 1 lb pollock w 2 ozs extra sharp cheddar
S- 10 ozs boneless skinless chicken breast, w 5 asparagus tips, 1 Tbsp unsalted butter

been eating this (asparagus is new today) for 3 days.. and lost 14.25 lbs ...added asparagus to slow me down a little

passed 100 lbs today.. 95 to go

Dinner ended up being chicken breast and salad instead, since it was a buffet of food rather than canapé type of thing. I ate a big pile of chicken and now I'm way too full. :blush:
