I do that with anything with splenda! Maybe with the exception of coffee.

Yes, they really are that good, but calorie dense. I force myself to keep it to no more than two a day.

Oh I hear you on those little "devils" there sooo good. I only make them once or twice a year, to tempting to just munch away on them.

I can't have lc treats in the house for the same reason. Luckily, I hate the taste of cream cheese, and I'm not a baker .. works to my advantage since I have no portion control with such goodies ...

When I run into a food like that, the rule is DON'T make more of them at a time than you can eat at once. Or don't make them at all.

Splenda kills me. It's like eating sugar. Could it be that for you, too?

My problem with somethings... they are so good that you can't control yourself.

I've learned to ONLY make those, and a lot of other LC desserts, when we're having company or when we're going someplace for dinner and I'm in charge of desserts! I can't stop with one or two of them.

BTW they're also great topped with a little SF jam - just sayin'....

I overeat these too. I felt guilty so I stopped making them. But then I realized they didn't necessarily hurt my loss so now I do make them often. Actually, I think they may even help....

Me too!! I made a dozen a few weeks ago and after 24 hours there were only two left. I gave them to my daughter to eat, or throw away.

Now I just make a mock danish when I want a cream cheese treat...lesson learned indeed!

The problem for me with stuff like this isn't splenda, it's bready stuff.

I made that LC protein pumpkin bread last week and went through it VERY fast. Twice. So now I'm not allowed to make it for a while. <sigh>

And I'm NEVER allowed to make the cheesecakes except at holiday time, as I can go through one of those so fast it is scary!
