NSV-Exercise
When I started this journey I had decided that my goal weight would be whenever I could fit into my size 13 Express jeans. The last time I could do this, I weighed approx 175. Well, the whole time I have been losing, I have been working out. HARD! Today, I woke up to read 199.8 on the scale. ONDERLAND! But, even better, I am sitting here in my size 13 Express jeans!
I am not calling goal just yet because I am still not 100% comfortable and happy with my body yet. I just can't believe that with exercise I am wearing the same pair of jeans I wore 25 pounds less. Moral of the story- Get out and work it! The scale may or may not move as fast as you want it, but your body will be smaller!

I run just about every day now that its cold outside. But before that I was riding my bike. I also do heavy lifting/resistance training.

Way to go! With exercise, the entire story is not just weight but muscle mass being heavier than fat being developed. And remember the huge dividend as each new lb. appears, your metabolic rate increases further fueling your "fat burning" machine!!!!

Isn't it fun to try on clothes that you haven't been able to wear for a while. What a great feeling! Keep up all the hard work!
