ITA!!

Here's something else I'd like to share.....my trainer has me lifting an upper body exercise immediately followed by a lower body exercise. She said that this causes the heart to have to work harder (hence some additional "cardio") to get your blood flowing to the right area. She said this will also help burn more calories during your workout. I use a BodyBugg and I can see that it definetly makes a difference.

I am a true believer in this--the fact that as I type this, my muscles are burning calories just thrills me to no end! I LOVE weight training, and seeing my body transforming as a result of it is fantastic!!
