Kool aid sugar free

Well, at least it claims to be sugar free. Not according to the ingredients. It is like crystal light. I have been drinking this alot and my weight has been creeping up and so has my blood sugar. I wonder if it has to do with this. I think I am going to start drinking water instead and see if there is a difference. Or maybe I should even do a blood sugar test before and after drinking it.

We actually buy the unsweetened Kool-Aid packets and add liquid sucralose (Splenda) to it. It only takes 7-8 drops to sweeten the whole pitcher, and it tastes delicious!

Sugar-free Kool Aid and Crystal Light both are HUGE stallers for me.

Hmmm, I drink SF Kool aid all the time, when I get tired of water. It's never affected my weight loss, but everyone is different.

BTW, your user name is my sweet little kitty's name!

Hi Babsy...
We quit spending the extra cash on the sugar free stuff and just buy the non-sweetened and add whatever sweetener we choose (Splenda or Erythritol). Cheaper and adjusted to our level of sweet...

Never have experienced stalling or side effects from kool-aid nor Crystal Lite nor anybody's versions of them. We carry a pack of the single water bottle tubes of sugar-free drinks on vacation and make them up a bottle at a time (I get bored with just-water all the time).
