N to Glenview then W over to Busse Woods for the 9 mile loop, with a tailwind return....woohoo.... Supposed to reach lower 50's, a treat for Chicago this time of the year!

Me! Just finished 2.25mi on the treadmill, walk/run now heading up to do Pilates and abs.... down 4lbs so far this week keeping me motivated to workout as well!

Keep it up. Soreness should diminish with repetition. Perhaps consider working out every other day in the beginning? Congrats....

WOW I read that and thought to myself "Hey, I KNOW those areas". You're from my neck of the woods!
Sadly though I don't live there anymore - I'm across the 'big pond' and only come around for occasional visits :-\
Man, enjoy those 50's! I'd expect it to be freezing there by now

P.S. To answer the question no, I didn't have time for my run today But it's on the books for tomorrow!

I did 30 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of core exercises (both group classes) at the gym this morning. I was there at 7.30.
