WOE: my own LC plan. Keeping my carbs 15-25 daily

ever have days where you have no appetite?

All I had for breakfast today was a coffee (which was wonderful by the way). I wasn't hungry for lunch even at 1:00 but I decided to make some ham salad anyway. Well, I tried it a little while ago and it tasted disgusting! I ended up throwing it out and made myself a little bit of kielbasa instead but even that did not seem appetizing. I'm just not hungry! I guess I'll just have to take advantage of it today because I'm sure tomorrow I will be famished as usual.

I think most have us have been there.. those days where nothing temps you, nothing calls to you.. the days where the effort of cooking seems like too much.. just be careful on those days to have a plan for if and when you DO get hungry. Also know that while an occasional day here or there with very low calories is fine you will not do yourself any favours doing that regularly. Most of all, don't forget to keep yourself hydrated on these kinda of days!

ugh...unfortunately my hunger came back BIG TIME. Like I could barely contain myself until dinner was done. I ended up having 2 servings of the cheese and broccoli soup but I guess thats not so bad since I had barely anything to eat today. Still I think its better to just eat small amounts throughout the day even if your not hungry to prevent this kind of thing, at least I think its a good idea for me.

It's good to eat when hungry! So if you have some very NOT hungry days, that's fine! Your body regulates. some days you'll be so hongry you could eat a side of beef--other days you'll be all telling the little cocktail weiner, "Ah man. Sorry. I just can't."

days like that are a blessing.

when i have no appetite, it is usually because i am not well, very stressed, or very vacation absorbed (who wants to eat standing in front of the Lion Gate at Mycenae?). Also, when that appetite takes 2nd fiddle to another appetite. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

Yes, and I've been like that for about 3 weeks now. Losing pounds too, even though I don't need to lose any more !!! I have to force myself to eat, which isn't pleasant ....

Yes and I love those days. There are also days where I'm "starving" and can't eat enough. It all balances out.

Yep, having those kind of days right now actually. Always happens during TOM, no matter what I make, food is just vile. I can barely manage to get a couple bites down. But always, always a few days before TOM I am ravenous it seems, so like Chrissy said, it all balances out.

I'm eating like crazy the past couple of days. On plan of course, just bigger amounts or more frequently. TOM should be here tomorrow....then I"ll go two days with barely wanting anything.

I was super hungry over the weekend and low and behold, TOM came Tuesday morning. I could care less about eating, I just want to go home and curl up in bed

yep the not hungry days and the ravenous days are all part of life as a low carber but as Dr Atkins said we shouldn't go more then 6 waking hours without eating something or our blood sugar will drop and we willget ravenous
