I don't like coffee or tea (warm or cold!), so I start my day with a Diet Coke. But after that it is water (unless, of course, I am having a glass of wine )!!

I travel all over the world for business, and I have to tell you - Diet Coke is everywhere. (Sometimes called Coca-cola Light.) I've had it in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, etc. It may be horrible for me, but it is readily available

Diet Coke with Splenda is my soda of choice. Unfortunately, I'm incredibly caffeine sensitve though, so until I find a caffeine free version... it's only a very occasional treat.

I still drink Diet Rite and love it. I sometimes get a diet pepsi just to 'treat' myself but I get the variety of flavors so if I feel like a cola one day, I have it. If I feel like having something fruity, an orange one hits the spot. It's caffeine free and has good flavor!

My favorite is diet A&W Rootbeer. Even before Lc'ing I preferred the diet over regular, regular is too sweet. I had one last night for the first time in months and it was awesome.
I love that it is caffeine free and has little sodium in comparison to others. I love the fact that it is made from stevia. The root beer flavor is my favorite.

I am big on Diet Rite, mainly cola but I like the other flavors in moderation too. I used to drink primarily diet coke but cut almost all caffeine and aspartame recently and have fallen in love with Diet Rite!!

Zevia......once in a blue moon. Not much of a soda drinker, either now or ever, really. But I do enjoy a Zevia every once in a while.

I also like flavored seltzer water occasionally.

And can someone tell me what S/O means in a title of a thread like this one?

If I'm gonna drink one, my fave is an ice cold Coke Zero. I'm down to less than 1 a week now. Kinda proud of myself too, cuz I was drinking them daily, usually just one or two but that's still a big improvement!

Diet Coke, Zero preferred but Costco only has the regular. A&W "aged" creme, root beer is delicious. Pick it up when on sale.

I won't use splenda or aspartame, so on the rare occasion I want something fizzy, I go for a Zevia.

Here's a good time to remind everyone, Diet Crush has REAL sugar in it, and at least 4 carbs. A lot of very unhappy posts after drinking them, and realizing what was drunk!

For formal meals, I use Diet Rite White grape in champagne glasses, with a frozen strawberry inside to make it really pretty. It feels special that way! I like it in a regular glass the rest of the time. At least it is made with Splenda.

Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi--love it.

I stopped drinking diet soda for a couple of years, and wish I could say I felt better or lost weight, but neither thing happened. Giving up diet soda was harder for me than giving up coffee! But I did give up both of them for two years, and now drink both of them again, only in moderation.

Coffee--I drink Nicholas Jamaican Nut Fudge mixed with Coconut Cream (both are flavored coffees) and a splash of cream...like a liquid almond joy lol
