so happy to be back at work....

structure, i need structure so badly. i ran out of places to go which required no money. i was at home all day yesterday. I ate a bit more than i would have if i was at work. However, I did not eat at night, meaning after 5 pm. I knew that once i started, I would never stop. I had bought a 10 oz pack of extra sharp cheddar on Sunday. the plan was to take it to work. only 4 oz are left. but, i stayed within 20 gr, which i intend to do, until i am able to do physical activity to the point where i can start burning some real calories. I'm in it to win it. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I have just the opposite problem as you: it's harder to stay on plan at work than it is at home! One of my co-workers is an excellent cook who is always bringing (high carb) food to work to share. She knows I'm watching what I eat but yesterday she brought me a scrumptious looking bun (homemade) piled high with chicken salad (Miracle Whip, no doubt); I told her I didn't want to interrupt my momentum and I wasn't going to eat it. I think she finally got the message. Well, I hope she did.

I am like you.....so much easier at work to do my thing. I tend to graze at home.

I like the structure I have with my work week as well. I have a pretty easy time staying on plan. However, weekends when I am busy doing things I also have no problem. Its the weekends that I am home with no real projects to work on that can be an issue.

weekdays are really easy to stay on plan for me too... even tho there is a breakroom with all kinds of sugar-laden donuts, bagels, etc... i just go no where near it...i have my own coffeepot and my own little fridge so there's never a need to go anywhere near that room!

weekends - usually involve a lot of activity - right now logsplitting / stacking next years wood, and leafs, leafs, and more leafs.. rakin', mulchin', burnin when it's not windy!

course once the snow hits, i'm totally an inside gal ..winter will be a challenge....

that is the affliction with which i live. working very hard to get thru an "all by myself" day. yesterday was that day. I barely succeeded. FF
