I figure I should tone it down on the slightly carbier foods today, I gained back a lb!

lunch salad and pizza toppings (going out to a buffet with friends) dinner something light since im having a big lunch and lots of water..im not really sure about dinner yet..maybe some cottage cheese |

Brekky: Two hamburger patties.
Lunch: Chef's chicken salad from Pret a Manger consisting of chicken, Italian cheese, roasted red peppers, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, black olives, pistachios, caesar dressing and black pepper. Plus one Sprite Zero. Dinner: I've got a turkey breast but not sure what to have with it. Maybe turkey stir fry or I mightt make some cauliflower cheese to go with it. Hmmm, any suggestions? So for dinner I had turkey topped with 1oz of grated double gloucester with stir fried mushrooms, courgettes cooked in chilli and garlic plus some curly kale. With homemade tartare sauce (mayo, dill pickle, capers, black pepper and lemon juice). Very random, I know! Followed by some sugarfree blackcurrant jelly.
