Dinner: I've got a turkey breast but not sure what to have with it. Maybe turkey stir fry or I mightt make some cauliflower cheese to go with it. Hmmm, any suggestions?

So for dinner I had turkey topped with 1oz of grated double gloucester with stir fried mushrooms, courgettes cooked in chilli and garlic plus some curly kale. With homemade tartare sauce (mayo, dill pickle, capers, black pepper and lemon juice). Very random, I know! Followed by some sugarfree blackcurrant jelly.
