Cheated last night at Halloween party, regretting it this morning

Ughhh let's just say my body didn't react well to the beer, pretzels, M&M's and apple cider I had last night. It felt really good to just eat bacon and eggs this morning.

Never Again!

That is quite the healthy dinner.

Just be glad you learned your lesson.

It doesn't take too many reminders like that to keep you on the straight and narrow!

Had a couple "carb hangovers" myself during my journey - just NOT worth the pain. UGH.

Or as we like to say around here - "The juice is NOT worth the squeeze!"

I have a wheat allergy now, but that didn't stop me from indulging in the wheat free goodies. The pain sand discomfort I usually associate with carb overload Ithink was related to the wheat, because surprisingly enough, I feel just fine this morning, in spite of candy corn, M&M's and fun size Almond Joys and corn chips and a taquitos. maybe I had less that I thought I did.

I kept my alcohol very simple, just red wine and some rum and Diet Dr. Pepper.

WOE: my own LC plan. Keeping my carbs 15-25 daily
Start Date: September 20th, 2009
I had a carb hangover this past week and it sucked. Although if I have a few small off plan things it doesn't have that affect on me, only when I binge eat which is something I never want to do!

It was the only way I succesfully learned! Good for you for not allowing this to become a winter binge!
