Brunch: I sound like a Lean Cuisine commercial
![]() I had baby scallops & shrimp, over asian-flavored veggies (fresh green beans, regular & chinese cabbage, green bell pepper, and zucchini). I used some sesame oil for added flavor and for the asian-flavoring, I used some Kraft asian salad dressing/marinade, 2 different flavors, one has mandarin orange in it. On a separate plate, 2 crispy, crunchy fried chicken wings Cherry iced tea For dessert, homemade chocolate pecan biscotti (did the hula dance with the 3 min. chocolate cake recipe) with SF orange marmalade, whipped cream, and 1 Russell Stovers chocolate coconut candy bar piece, with a cup of coffee with whipped cream on top, just because I can. ![]() ![]() I have no idea what's for dinner. By the way: How many of you think my avatar is a pic of real birds? Anyone? Now look closer...
