What's for breakfast this morning?
Good morning...
I'm back from my holiday and in the full swing of LC. After my workout this morning I whipped up some super thin egg pancakes (just a really thin omelet with nothing on it, not folded) and wrapped them around a couple of hot dogs. This is the first time I substituted bread with eggs instead of lettuce leaves. Great protein fix! What are you having? R |

My bad... Didn't realize there was a 'what are you eating today' thread already going.
Feel free to post your breakfast suggestions here anyway if you'd like. ![]() |

Peppered applewood-smoked bacon and 2 overeasy eggs cooked in said bacon fat! And decaf with cream.
That will hold me til dinnertime, most likely, and if it doesn't, I'll have a mocha protein shake mid-afternoon. |

some of these sound good! In a few weeks I'll need to venture into some of these other recipes. Cinnamon Egg Toast sounds pretty good.

I eat usually eat brunch most days. I had a huge mug of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and vanilla macadamia sf syrup. Then I had huge romaine lettuce leaves, spread with a good layer of mayo and crispy bacon & fresh Roma tomato slices rolled up in them. Yum

coffee, leftover white castle cheeseburger casserole, and post-workout chocolate protein shake.
I think I'm getting burnt out on breakfast foods for breakfast - although I will DEFINITELY be trying these egg crepe things that you speak of!! |
