What's for breakfast this morning?

Good morning...

I'm back from my holiday and in the full swing of LC.

After my workout this morning I whipped up some super thin egg pancakes (just a really thin omelet with nothing on it, not folded) and wrapped them around a couple of hot dogs.

This is the first time I substituted bread with eggs instead of lettuce leaves.
Great protein fix!

What are you having?

My bad... Didn't realize there was a 'what are you eating today' thread already going.
Feel free to post your breakfast suggestions here anyway if you'd like.

Peppered applewood-smoked bacon and 2 overeasy eggs cooked in said bacon fat! And decaf with cream.

That will hold me til dinnertime, most likely, and if it doesn't, I'll have a mocha protein shake mid-afternoon.
