Polyols and Stomach Pains

Is it just me, or do polyols have a horrible effect on anyone elses stomachs??
Sometimes I feel like the Atkins bars work better as a laxative than actual sustanance...

I have to heavily moderate the consumption of anything with polyols in or I can kiss a conversation goodbye by having to run off to the toilet.

a grim story but it's true...

Yeah Joey that's absolutely my experience too. Not conducive to sociable eating!!

i think it's safe to say most ppl have that problem! they should market them as laxatives lol!

it's true though ay? horrible stuff. i haven't checked yet but have they got that warning about it on the packet "excessive consumption may lead to..." because they should.
nearly ruined a football game I was watching...

public toilets... no thanks.
