Lunch - Deviled egg roll w/salami & cheese.

The threat of rain may have reduced the number of people playing golf so I was able to finish my round w/o having to have my Deviled egg roll at the turn. I opted instead to have a l/c super nacho salad for a late lunch when I returned home.

I don't want to talk about it.

B - 2 pieces of PB fudge
L - chili with cheese
S - like 8 pieces of PB fudge (I **** you not)
D - 12-14 pieces of buffalo "wings" (not actual wings, just chunks of white meat cut up) with ranch dressing

Good news is the fudge is GONE, and I'm not making it again for a very long time. Good news is also that I ate on plan.. just the wrong amounts/type of food. I think I'll probably skip the peanut butter til I am in pre-maintenance/maintenance.

L: sampled freebies at H Market (really tiny portions), sauteed fatty pork, 4 tastings of tuna sashimi (raw) w/ soy sauce, steamed octopus w/ginger, 0 carb "rice" cake in soup, seaweed, galbi (Korean short ribs)only 1 small piece, kim chee (seasoned cabbage), sauteed mushrooms.
D: 16 oz. choice top sirloin steak, brussel sprouts (yummy).....

Making the stuffed chicken now, roasted red peppers, feta, and spinach and will have zucchini alfredo with it.
