has anyone used one before, i am working on pepperoni chips and wanted to see if anyone has tried it before?

also go to the Recipes Help & Suggestions forum and put "dehydrator" in the search field, you'll come up with a bunch of other threads too!

Hi bg...
Have an Excalibur the size of a kitchen microwave (it will handle incubating 5-6 quarts of yogurt at once - or 7 shelves of drying)...

We attempted to make pepperoni chips and they turned out greasy (coated completely with a thick coat of grease), crunchy, and became rancid very quickly...not a pleasing experience to munch on...
