Ranting!
I've been eating clean. I've been exercising. I've been supplementing. My weight loss progress has been slow, but my BG has leveled out.
And then this morning - my BG was 137 and my weight is up a pound and a half. I don't get it! Yesterday: B - sausage / egg muffin and a few small strawberries, L - chicken w/zuchinni, squash, tomato, cheese, D - turkey, green beans, half a tomato. Yesterday I felt blah (after several days of feeling energetic). This morning I feel super blah. My back hurts and my head hurts. It's almost time for TOM, so I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I started prescription oral progesterone on Tuesday. Could that have an effect? I'm not a happy camper today! ![]()

Yes, it's TOM and the hormones. Don't weigh until TOM is over. Just stay on plan and everything will be ok. Most people show a loss after the TOM water weight is gone. Take some aleve, snuggle up on the couch and watch some movies and just get through it. Everybody has days like that.
