dreamfields lo carb pasta is it real
![]() I'm worried that the lo carb pasta I've found isn't really lo carb it says 5 digestible carbs per servings and that 31 carbs are protected it seems like a good idea, but, well, i'm not willing to try if its a scam does anyone know?? |

It contains gluten, so I would be so so so so so so so so so so so so so wary. I would never use it, but I have heard others may have had fine luck with it.
BTW, welcome to the board, dairygal! |

Hi d-gal...
Hello and welcome to the forum... We use it about 3 times a month (not always weekly), and have never had adverse results from it. We do limit our servings to one suggested serving per meal, and we do eat the leftovers. We have had it as spaghetti with sauce, mac-n-cheese, and with chicken and vegetables and penne in alfredo sauce. Been using it for over a year now, and we serve it to guests who don't know the difference (and we don't tell them). |

i can only speak from my experiences...
It isn't called DREAMfields for nothing. If u monitor your portion sizes, and count your carb grams, it can really enhance the the satiety value of the weight loss experience. I would, as a rule, steer clear of any grain based product, during induction. But these are general rules, and as the saying goes YMMV. Only u can tell if Dreamfields will work for u. Until they come up with low carb rice, and low carb taters, i welcome Dreamfields into my life. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI

I just started using dreamfields myself. I noticed that it slowed my weight loss, but didn't make me gain. For me, thats something I can live with because I don't have a lot left to lose and I am not in a hurry to drop mass amounts of weight. You'll just have to figure out how it works on your system to see if its worth keeping in your diet.
